People who own 500K houses do not go to Sam's.
i dont own a 500k house, but its close enough. Forget sams, thats too pricey. I will shop in thrift stores, take charity, dumpster dive, buy possible stolen goods from various providers (craigslist, ebay etc).
I will wait 30 days using shipping by sea on items from china to save 10 dollars. If its a 5 dollars difference, sometimes ill splurge for air shipping.
I always buy quick sell discounted items and generic brand products at discounted grocery store. I buy 5-7 dollar t-shirts and polos from walmart in bulk and wear them everyday. I literally have 30 t-shirts in just black and its the same count for polos in black as well. i do have other colors.
My underwear supply has a drawer full and there is a tub full in the walk in, 60-70+ pair at least. This saves me in laundry costs, since i really dont have to do laundry for weeks. So i save in electricity/water bill department and maintenance/replacement costs. P. fucking S. I hang my clothes on the line if possible too.
OH BTW, speaking on ordering items from China, Ive been using superbuy to buy off of taobao a lot lately and its saving me tons. I recently bought a refurbished like new item for 100 dollars that sells for 4-500+ on ebay refurbished. I paid for air shipment in this case. Whats refurbished like new? An item that has a known defect, was taken out of the box new and those possible defective parts were replaced with the hotfix.
I do spend some big money on random shit though. like canned hotdogs from the UK.
