Never updated this shit. After finally getting hooked to the grid and working out all that shit out. I have paid $0.00 dollars in electricity the last 3 months. Saved around 1.2k -1.6k dollars over 3 months on avg from last year at this time. All electric house

Def worth it. If only batteries returns made sense atm. Still have the initial regret of not going even bigger, but glad I made the investment

Finals updates.

Been 8 months since installing me shit. in 8 months Ive paid $33.20 in power bills. Thats not from usage its the remainder of service/admin charges.

100% electric house, big ass electric water tank, ducted hvac. someone is always home during the day.. wife isnt working anymore, ive stepped away from me job in july on extended unpaid leave and be debating retirement, so electricity is being used a lot during the day. IF no one was home me credits would bank and me charges would have been in the negatives.

My initial regret is still there. I wish I would have put on something slightly bigger for da future when batteries become dirt cheap. Batteries would still work now, but it wouldnt be efficient when calculating me feed in credits and trying to feed da grid since we home 24/7. Will debate adding more. Just a waste cause i would need a bigger inverter with more panels and thats mo costs. Maybe after i break even Ill upgrade a lil..

Break even at dis rate is 3 years. projected annualized roi ova da long terms be around 12-13 %... not doing maths.. or factoring in degradation...

Def worth it where i live until rusmurica drop dem emps near me house

Of course cloudy isnt as effective as a clear summers day, but they still produce when fully cloudy and raining. i forget what percentages i was getting on avg during various conditions. def was lesser. i remember checking them when it was full sun, cloudy and raining the first time and havent bothered looking since. i have an app to monitor the shit but i dont like adding apps to me phone. BUT i normally just look at the inverter if im interested.. i should look at the data to audit against the power companies data.. on the will do list.

Worried about a lot of cloudy rainy days, just go bigger. id say we get over 100 days of rain annually.. idk how many times its rained in the last 8 months but its been plenty.. only a few stretches of multiple rain days in a row though.

i remember during a peak long summers day seeing over 80 kw total generated for the day at one point later in the day. dunno how high it actually got. also i live up in da mountains closer to the god and have zero obstructions affecting me panels. panels get direct sun as it passes east to west all day.... they get hit from sunrise to sunset... house is in an optimal position fer solar. on me roof also seen 40-60 kw days.. dunno the lowest... maybe i should get the app

say i live in south hongakongas and its late autumn.. the day light is getting shorter.

today was a drizzly rainy morning that broke to cloudy/sunny fer 3 hours to nearly full cloudy its gonna rain again... with about 4-5 hours of daylight left... 23.7 kw produced thus far..

edit:

forgot to add that under full overcast wiff grey rain clouds in da sky, its producing 2.4-2.5 kwh right now.. so roughly 25% in these conditions. no major power appliances are on so its probably still powering the whole house without any need fer the grid... tv, network, pcs, fridge/freezer, lights.. dis when star rating and led lights really matter yo.

also.

my use case differs and me ducted should be looked at differently n taken wiff a grain of coke. even though i gotz ducted it isnt used a lot in summer. def during spurts and maybe peak summer weeks n record high days. thats because on avg its 80 degrees peak summer here. i mean its hit 100 before but dats rare. may get a 90s weeks but meh.. whats a week.. also we cool or heat in zones. n we gots fans all ova the ceilings..

use more in winter but temps only avgs 50 ish peak winter.... thats short weather in da black and blue division.... 15-19 degree night/mornings are common.. does snow from time to time but never sets and melts by noon... even if we avg 30-40 for a week its not bad imo.. i still wear shorts year round here

so while we turn the heat on more than the ac.. its not all day.. maybe to warm up areas before bed.. my family likes it cooler.. part of da reason we moved to this locale.. cause **** 90-100 summers.... but i do have to say, i see why old ppl move to florida, cause my like for the cold is diminishing. will report honga conga winter costs.. with more ducted use and less daylight in a few months

spring/autumn perfecto here temp wise..

Sounds like he supports the raping of kids like the Spartans that @Warrior Spirit worships. I don't know this as fact ofc but judging by his last post, it's the only thing one can assume.

MAKES ME THONK
I just don't understand the input/output with that dude. And the baby talk. And hostility.

I read his posts, put in a reply as a courtesy so he knows someone is reading them, and he gets mad about it.

Makes me sick!

I am just glad someone acknowledges his lengthy baby babble as I doubt he has any family or friends that still talk to him. If not, he might just end it all. Not that anyone here would miss his rambling incoherent tard drivel but if he offed himselve someone in his family would probably have to waste their hard earned money on a funeral out of pity.
