I actually liked him. He is a nice change from the usual idiots broadcasting the games. He knows the game, and made several good points.
His delivery reminded me of Rollo from Sanford and Sons , one of the great comedy shows of it's time.

I will take him over Steve Levy, Romo, Tessitore, Brennaman, etc. any day of the week

Aqib is not meant to be an analyst. You could tell he was annoying the other guy as well. I get it that you want some differences in styles between analysts but this was too much. You want a guy that knows the game, yes I agree, but Aqib brings too much street to his commenting. A few times he said things like "he's playing that way right now, he gonna get that money!"

What the hell is that dude? Just really makes him look bad. And it's definitely not fun to watch either because you cant help but see the stereotype play itself out.
I agree obviously since I replied earlier. You probably said what I was trying to say better, it was the street & jive talk that maid it difficult to listen to for me.

yeah, I kinda did too
A lot more refreshing than greg olsen talking about how tight ends need to be featured more. Talib broke down how things looked from the defense and I thought it was good

The few games I've heard this year, I've liked it. I guess the street talk doesn't bug me as much as the masses, he does a nice breakdown of secondary play. I'll take him over Charles "I often get the analysis wrong" Davis any day.

I'll take Davis over Piss Schlareth and a few other mouth breathers. But, I always felt he was better with college games. There are things he misses whilst he doing NFL games. I get/got him often living in Vikings country.

No doubt, he's great at college. Especially during draft season.

Great, just for fun I'm gonna enable subtitles on my TV to see how long it takes before it blows up.
What a great way to end the season.
