I have no clue what to do with him. Put him on the DL, go to rehab games and get his timing back. That is my only solution. The call up Tracy to take his spot.

0-13 since the walk-off. 4 K's tonight.

DL him with his sore thumb and let him get his head right.

I think he is still injured, look at his swing in his last at-bat.

He's damaged goods and no longer worth his contract. Hate to say it, but the dude misses a month + every season...Wish this would happen 2 years later, so Vitters would be ready to replace him.

You know you guys should have seen Juan Gone in his later years ... you want ego and non-performance -- you'd have had it ... of course I had to buy a Royals T-shirt with his name and number on it (it was cheap and at Sam's Club - and was about the most pointless and predictably worthless "vet signing" this side of Milton Bradley -well actually it was worse -as Juan Gone didn't even have a decent (or full) season before the Royals took a chance on him.

My point is that Ari is no Juan Gone -- he does probably need to work out that he may need to take some coaching advice... still like the guy -and sad to see he has fallen off.

Yeah, who am I kidding. We have the worst 3-4 hitters in baseball. Ugh it's so disappointing to see. And even worse to see how much money they are STEALING from the franchise.

hahahahahahahahahaha

Dude, your hate is astonishing.

It's so nice. Hope it holds up. If it does, the Cubs will be tough again.

Yeah that was from 2 weeks ago. But it still holds true. As of yesterday Aramis was the WORST hitter average wise of qualifying players.

No manager should put the WORST hitter in the National League in the clean up spot for 2 months.

I'll give Lou credit, he moved Rami down and put Colvin in. That's what I've been bitching about for the last few weeks. Look what happens. We score 8 runs.

Hopefully A-Ram builds off this considering he went 3-4. I won't hold my breath but I hope he does.

You're completely right. Moving A-Ram from the 4 spot to the 5 spot resulted in the HR. Forgive me.

Man, I really wish you were running the Cubs sometimes.

LOL I didn't say that moving to 5= homerun.

I meant that Colvin plays and HE hits a homerun and we win. But Ramirez wasn't producing in the 4 slot. You can't argue that.

Agreed...and sorry for busting your ass the last couple days...just tired of hearing how shitty we are and how Lou should be fired when all that needs to happen is Lee and Ramirez pick it up and we have a solid week. You had a couple posts I didn't agree w/ and I flew off the deep end.

Apologies.

Frustration is a motherfucker when you want to see the team do well and they aren't. As a lot of people said we are going nowhere unless Lee and Ramirez pick it up.
