If it becomes a story during OTAs or TC, then maybe there is something to it, but this is rookie Mini-camp and I think it is all about nothing...

RB is a position where a rookie from the 6th round can have an impact, so if they are giving him the cold shoulder it may be because they have concerns about Job security.

Yeah i'm not gonna get on any of these guys, especially Cohen, for not contacting the kid but it would of been nice to hear that at least Monty sent the kid a text or something.

Damien WIlliams is just as new as Herbert. Montgomery is the starter and is making less than everyone but Herbert, by only roughly 125k a year. Cohen, obviously should be reached out to, not the other way around.
