Are Reese's Peanut Butter Cups candy bars?

If Reeses Peanut Butter cups are candy bars, then So are Truffles, Cherry Cordials, Cadbury Creme Eggs, and various toxins like Ferraro Rochere.

The package is bar shaped, but you get gypped on the corners....that being said it objectively tastes better than any candy bar out there.....this is an undisputed fact.
