I'm relatively new to hockey, but when questioning the over-reaction antics by the "regulars" I've been called an "idiot" and "Special person"...

X, I know stuff like that can difficult not to take personally, however too there are some guys in this area who seem to only exist to antagonize things and that seems to have set things on edge.

None of that is particularly fair to someone in your situation; if the only thing you get out of the experience is that the sport is the biggest part of anything important... you'll be ahead of the game. :)

Hey, thanks man.
And, honestly, 99% of the negative stuff I read on here rolls off the shoulder. I think a lot of people want to be like Lefty, actually...but few have the intelligence or tact to do so.

I stand firm on my position -- It's early in the season, and the 'Hawks will be okay. If that's not what people want to hear, that's fine w/ me. I'm not hear to completely agree with everything said, nor do I expect everyone to agree w/ me.

More than anything, just sending a message w/ that initial post ;)
