Because it is a good brand of b ball where defense is played and effort is given every night not just when the player feels like it.

I like college B-ball, just like you, but this championship game is brutal. I personally think it might be a testament to how poor the talent pool in college B-ball is. :dunno:

Maybe if they had given more effort when learning basic skills like being able to put the ball through the hoop even 20% of the time.

Bill Simmons rips on the WNBA for much better quality basketball.

Gordon Hayward goes off for 22/6/6 to help the Jazz beat the Lakers. I wonder if that was his retaliation performance after watching his Butler Bulldogs lose?

John Hollinger has Taj and Brewer as NBA all-D second teamers. Noah and Deng are honorable mentions. Also ESPN ranked the top players drafted the past 4 years
1. Durant
2. Rose
3. Westbrook
4.Noah

or Noah was 5, i saw it this morning on my phone. Cant remember.

Asik also in the rookie ranking at #10

Buck up 25-10 to the Wadeless Heat at the end of the 1st QTR. The guys on ESPN sound so depressed that the Heat are losing.

So does anyone think delfino can play guard? if so, we ought to look at the prospect of signing the guy.

Thats all they play Delfino at. He is decent better than Korver. But i think he has a team option for next year that the Bucks will pick up.

he's listed as a forward, and he doesn't strike me as athletic. plus he's an aging player. his game is catch and shoot, so it might not affect him on offense, but i was concerned about defense.

if the heat are down a guy, they're mortal. I thought chris bosh would step up tonight as the second option. He didn't, so that contract doesn't look great. The guy needs to get back into the gym. He was a far better player last year than this year.

How are you concerned with his defense when you have Korver closing games.

Generally when you think of improvement, you don't aim for marginal improvements.
