Yeah it's a sad trend. Something that will continue to make the NBA look like a grade school league when it comes to free agency. The NBA is a business, not a petty little summer league basketball camp where everyone's personal wants & needs are met.

I hope the Bulls just add some decent talent in the end.

It just makes me think that basketball will be more powerful in Europe in 5 years than in the states. You're 2 big name FA migrations away from that being the new trend.

There is just such a huge drop-off between the 5 and 6 teams in the East (Atlanta, NY) than the 7th and 8th (Philly, Indy) that it's even more important to finish in the top 2, imo.
