*crosses fingers* I hope it's not going to be rehashing the same jokes. AD was awesome, because of it's over-the top irony and originality.

They've had two screenings so far showing 3 different episodes and all the reviews have been great. I'm sure there's going to be call backs to the old jokes. It wouldn't be the same without some of them, but I'm sure we'll get originality.

This is the first show I can remember that got canceled, gained a bigger following off air, and after this long is coming back on the air... I wonder if the Firefly bandwagon will start rolling again :lol:

I love the fact that it got such a big following after it was cancelled, but it still puzzles me why it never pulled ratings when it was on. I watched it religiously every night it was on (trying to remember now if that was Sunday or Monday nights). I always chalked it up to people being too stupid to get all the little subtle jokes, but now it seems like there are AD fans everywhere you look. Not complaining though, can't wait to spend that entire Sunday watching season 4...

Edit> I looked and it seems like it was on Mondays. Although I could have sworn it was on Sunday at one point. Maybe the first season? My memory is hazy.

I could have sworn it was always on Sundays. I remember being really pissed when they replaced it with The War At Home.

They moved around tons of shows like idiots on fox. They had it at a point I think at first, right after Simpsons.

They kept moving shows out of that spot to weekday nights either thinking their ratings would carry over or a different show could fit the slot. It led them to cancel shows that we're actually well viewed.

What do they all have in common? sunday night shows on fox.

Fox and their sunday night shows are friggin clueless- they preempt them with football, don't give them a chance to get established, and get rid of em way too early.

They should re-run the new sunday night shows after midnight, so when football cuts in on them, people can dvr em and watch em.

I'm sure you will be able to torrent it. Sidenote, I am expecting a Netflix meltdown the day this releases. I don't think they will be able to handle the demand. Can't even begin to fathom what that looks like from an infrastructure / bandwidth perspective.
