New Muppet movie coming this fall should take care of the older part.

Star Wars is very mainstream.. Pre-quels just came out about 5+ years ago. Clone Wars gets new seasons on CN.. Plus the live action TV is coming out.. New Star Tours ride in Disney Parks.. Saga collection on blu ray this fall..

Pretty mainstream if you ask me. Considering how long it can last.. Original came out in 77.

Eh it is still sci-fi, and that isn't mainstream. I enjoy it a ton, but there are still a ton of people out there that aren't into Star Wars at all. Star Trek might be the most popular of any sci-fi franchise, but it is still sci-fi.

Muppets is different, and while we could see a revival after the movie the interest in it is sputtering right now. It is mostly kept going by older people with childhood memories of watching the original show, the various movies, or that baby cartoon series.

The new Star Tours is awesome. Went on it twice at DHS. There are six possible planets you can go to. The ones I went to are Hoth (where you're right in the middle of the Imperial invasion), Naboo (I was hoping we'd turn Jar Jar into roadkill), Coruscant and Tattooine (where you race in the podrace).

What fun is that, but I think I will go back to a Simpsons character as a premeptive strike on this new theme.

You got Stargate, The Matrix, Doctor Who, Battlestar Galactica, the Alien franchise, Terminator, etc.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
I took Len Kasper :cubstroll:

You know, I'm actually amazed that you didn't pick Ernie. I mean, he was the ultimate troll amongst all of Jim Henson's muppets.
