I seriously think my favorite food group is bacon.
I always try to prep my breakfasts the night before. But it sucks cooking 1 pound of bacon and only having 3 strips left in the morning to put in my fresh berry smoothie.
I bet I could eat 3 pounds of bacon in one sitting. (please no fat jokes... im 5'11" 145lbs solid muscle)
Don't like salads? Add bacon.
Don't like soup? Add bacon.
Something tasting bland? Add bacon salt.
Think pigs are cute? Too bad.
Muslim? You're missing out.
The smell of bacon wafting through my house on a Sunday morning makes me forget about all of the problems in life.

I make bacon, then roast halved bussells in the fat with some shallot, then add bacon bits back in and deglaze with a little vinegar and finish with a little dijon. Its win.
