Yeah, idk. Everyone had laptops before and used docking stations in the office. I guess since they were already used to people having laptops and taking them home or traveling with them it wasn't that big of a transition. We do have a vpn network you can use to access the company servers from anywhere. But we are also allowed to have whatever shit we want on our hard drives too.

I think its actually sneaky in that people wind up doing a lot of work at home, after hours on their laptops.

OS is kind of a big deal LOL. Being UP all the time, no viruses, very little learning curve, better support, better plug and play are all big deals. There is a huge population base that couldn't use computers well if they had to rely on MS

There is almost no part of this statement that is true.

And its funny how people still talk about viruses like they just magically appear on computers. I've never had a virus ever. All you have to do to avoid them is not install pirated shit and don't go to shady porn sites.

Its also funny how people talk about mac support like its better than anywhere else. The mac genius or whatever is not support. Its a pay service.

There was a time when those things were true but PC has caught up and at this point, mac homers are just branded chumps. Now the only way mac is superior is costing twice as much for the same hardware and their marketing department.
