I hope it all went as well as possible.

Thanks! She's home now and having a little trouble walking but that's to be expected. The worst part for her will be two weeks in "the cone of shame" as we call it. (The cone she wears to keep her from biting her bandage.) We'll find out in 3-7 days how the pathology looks and that will be the most important thing. So far so good though.

Glad both pets in this thread seem to be improving.

I gotta say, I'd have trouble sleeping with a cone if I was a pooch.

It's soft so it's not like the plastic ones you see sometimes. Still has to be annoying as shit. Beats having to get those sutures redone though.

Just got off the phone with the vet. She did have a malignant tumor but the pathologist thinks they got all of it and that it probably won't spread. :)

Old cat thinks he is a kitten. We're pretty sure he was passing a kidney stone for a few weeks. he was drinking water like I drink beer.

Hey Baba how is your dog?

She's doing great! Her leg looks good and she's back to taking walks with me on a regular basis now. We take her back in February for a follow up but right now she looks AOK. Your cat still OK?

That's nice. Cat is good but I think my wife may kill my Aussie today. She's wrapping presents and he is helping.

Yeah, Aussies are cool dogs but I couldn't give one the attention it deserves. My dog is a rug for about 22 hours a day which is perfect for us.

It helps that I run my business from home. He doesn't know how to relax. Great dog but keeps us busy. Almost time to go watch the Grandkids for a few hours. Life is good. :yep:
