Really bad toothaches are the worst. Fortunately, I haven't had one since I was a kid... but I remember it being excruciating.
I did get a root canal done once, and it wasn't so bad actually. Good luck with yours, if you need to get it done.

Man I feel your pain. Few years ago I woke up on a Saturday morning in a shit load of tooth pain. Not something I had ever experienced before. Dentist couldn't see me til Monday, went to urgent care and they gave me some pretty ineffective pain killers.
Longest weekend of my life. The root canal that followed was an incredible relief.

I have Percocet but really doesn’t help the pain as much as just making you care less... and nap. I’m not an opioid fan.
