You have to put the quotes in context. What else are those players gonna say? "We ain't worried about the Bulls because they are mentally soft and we know we can beat them no matter who has homecourt advantage?"
Then you would be pointing out how arrogant they are. As far as the quote I posted.
Scottie Pippen and politically correct is like oil and water brother...especially at the spur of the moment like that. It was after the series when Pippen exalted Lebron and bashed Boozer.
Why do that if he is Bulls ambassador...unless he really wanted to say what he said?

So when they give the Bulls praise, and telling the truth that all these games have been close and they are a tougher out than given credit for, then they are just being PC? But when Pippen praises lebron, he telling the truth.
Actually, I wouldn't. I respect competition. What I don't like is them acting like they've won the title already and they haven't won squat.
SO take it with a grain of salt. HE STILL RETRACTED IT THE VERY NEXT DAY!
