So they are sayign the other NL teams are better than the other AL teams 11 miles south? Their big push for sales is their coach?
Just shut up and stop making everything AL vs. NL. And the Sox suck too, which is hard to say as I like them too, but Chicago baseball sucks in general. There is nothing in there about the AL at all.
And Sveum isn't our coach, he's our manager dumbass. And Sveum is only the marketing piece because Castro got accused of sexual assault so they had to stop the Castro-centered marketing they had planned in case the case were to have gotten any further.
Tells me the owner and front office done horrible job of bringing in good players. Managers dont win game. Players do!!!

Smh
His decisions can win or lose one..
Should know this by now.
They did a WAR thing on Club hous confidential this winter and managers usually good for 2 wins per year. Im just saying its sad that a manger is face of billboard when a legit MLB player should be.

What are we arguing about now?
Dumb shit....
Ah, business as usual then.
The "Baseball is better" slogan can mean anything. It doesn't necessarily mean Cubs baseball is better though. It might just mean that baseball is a sport that people enjoy and since there's nothing else on, you might as well go to a baseball game because it's better than doing nothing. Trying to overanalyze a slogan is a waste of time.
Dumb shit....
Really, you think the comments are serious? You think I sit back and think that a team's marketing strategy is how to "lie" on how great their team is?
I really gotta learn to use green font then.
No idea with the internet  But the slogan isn't screaming "OMFG CUBZ 2012 CHAMPZ" or anything. It just says "baseball is better" and I tend to agree as it's my favorite sport, tied with ice hockey (which I never get to watch anymore because the NHL pulled it from ESPN). Not exactly something to get worked up about.
