I'll go with Sam Smith and say the Bulls pull this out in 6.

The Noah/Thomas frontcourt outplays Powe/Perkins.

Rose is his usual steady (and sometimes fantastic) self.

Gordon has his scoring outbursts.

Salmons starts to play better.

Hinrich and Miller continue to be a spark off the bench.

The Celtics are ripe for an upset. I don't care how much of a uplifting force Garnett's screaming is from the bench, it's not the same without him getting away with all those illegal moving screens.

Pessimism be dammed. Looks like the United Center is going to be rockin' with the Bulls and Hawks playoff runs.

Nothing in this series would surprise me.

I could see the Bulls going out and sweeping the Celtics or getting swept by them. I could really see just about anything.

Bulls in 6. If it has to go to a game 7 the Celtics will definitely win.

I think Celtics in 6 but Game 1 is going to be huge in terms of tone that is set for the series. If we go in there and get creamed early in that game and lose by double digits we are in trouble for the series. But if we jump on them early and make them really extend themselves just to squeak out a game 1 victory then we will serve them notice they are in for a long series. I think Celtics and Bulls all win home games in the first 4 games and then game 5 is a classic OT thriller that Celtics win late and then in Game 6 we have nothing left and Celtics win comfortably in Chicago to close the series out.

Bulls in 6.

If KG was healthy... Celtics in 5 or quite possibly a sweep.

I do agree that this is one of those anything can happen series, with either team possibly winning quick. I'm going to say Celtics in 7, though. I believe the Bulls can push them to the limit, but I'm not convinced Chicago is ready to win the big game, yet.

Indeed.

Which is why I say Bulls in 6.

Hell yeah!

Celtics in 6. If John Salmons was one hundred percent, I would have no problem picking the Bulls in 6.

Celtics in 7, though it really pains me to pick against us.

As much as I hate to say it, we lose in 7 games. I think Salmons injury will be a factor as it seems to have had a big impact on him considering his recent stretch of below average to bad games.

Bulls pull this out only if KG does not play. Bulls in six.

Celtics front court is a mess as is their bench. Ray Allen and Peirce will get fatigued by game 4 from carrying them.
