Bears will be going for quality in the draft...
Whatever they do this will be to maximize day one and two picks, or they will stand pat and draft at one.
As far as free agents go, I expect them to go after a few players that will most likely outspend what they lose in free agency...
It really isn't overly complicated.

It’s not talked about enough but Poles fucked up by signing a dipshit like Pringle and losing a 4th round compensation pick last year. Pringle was just a guy that was never going to make a difference and nor is he good depth.
