It’s a whole team effort. Some have say in a few things, even if it doesn’t go that way. They collaborate to some extent. So round of applause for the front office. Real shout out to Ryan Poles. There is no such thing as a perfect person so he will make mistakes, especially since this is his first tenure as a GM. But he has a goal and he’s been putting in the work to get to that goal, in his way of doing it. Even if we se differently, it’s his job. So he’s earned the right to do as he pleases. I see he’s been trying to do right to steer this Franchise in the right direction. Doesn’t happen overnight, and he had to fix 3 bags full of shit that Pace left behind, but he’s pushing it and doing what he can with what he had/has to work.
