I think he would be a good hire. When he was the HC in Buffalo they were top 10 in offense, when he was in Atlanta and Pittsburgh the offense was productive especially on the ground.

You can't really hold that jacksonville era against him. That team was horrible. I just don't think he was meant to be a HC.
