This is a good signing.

So, like all of you I'm suprised it happened and I'm expecting the deal to be something like $10M/season (with $3M in incentives).
My guy is saying $20M ($18M SB) / 36yrs with 34 of them voidable. Cap # is a paltry $1.5M in years1 and 2 and $17 M after he is gone in 2023.

This is a good pick-up. We can hate pace, which we should, but looking at this move objectively...........this is good for the team for next year.

Horrible signing. Essentially guarantees we will have ZERO comp picks in 2022.

Why do you guys think the Patriots are Superbowl contenders year IN and year OUT. ONE common denominator - comp picks.

This is a good move. They need someone who can take some of the beating off of Monty.

It's not like Monty gets a ton of carries as is..

With that said: Will Nagy even use him regularly (Williams)?

Wonder what this means for Patterson.

Comp picks = SB. It is a known fact everywhere but Halas Hall

6 years in the league with just a handful of starts and 711 total yards being a career high does not = $10 million. Not even close. Pace is captain bozo, but not autistic.....I don’t think.
It was a joke.

I actually used similar terms to the Dalton contract to further hammer home it was a joke and draw light on the most recent bad deal.

To be clear, I was not reporting anything. Just trying to poke fun at Pace on a board that typically enjoys that type of thing.

Dipshit. He was released. Doesnt affect comp picks.

This improves the RB greatly and adds speed. I like the signing. The Bears need to add another WR weapon to add to the mix. That will probably added early during the draft or maybe with veteran cuts after the draft.
