if we got that kind of production out of him that quickly I would be pretty surprised and impressed. late round pick producing like a 1st rounder would make me :fap:

Bears signed No. 106 overall pick RB Jeremy Langford to a four-year contract.
Langford has 4.42 wheels, but doesn't play that fast on film. He also sheds fewer tackles than his 6-foot-0, 208-pound frame would suggest. Langford has soft hands and is an able pass protector, but he'll start out no higher than No. 4 on the depth chart. He'll battle for touches with Ka'Deem Carey and Jacquizz Rodgers behind Matt Forte. Langford isn't an overly-appealing dynasty prospect.

Bears signed No. 7 overall pick WR Kevin White to a four-year contract.
As is the case with all first-rounders, the deal comes with a fifth-year team option. White will replace Brandon Marshall in the starting lineup opposite Alshon Jeffery, keeping the "Twin Towers" effect in place for Jay Cutler. Eddie Royal will man the slot, with Marquess Wilson holding on as the No. 4 receiver. White can work at all three levels of the field and has immediate 1,000-yard upside.

Bears signed No. 39 overall pick NT Eddie Goldman to a four-year contract.
Goldman figures to man the nose tackle spot in DC Vic Fangio's 3-4 defense from day one. He'll likely be a two-down player, as he doesn't bring much to the table in terms of pass-rush push. At 6'4/336, Goldman will eat up space up front.

So does that just leave Hroniss Grasu? Or did he already sign also?

I think Hroniss Grasu situation is like Kyle Long, they'll have to wait until after he graduates. Or was around mini camp? :dunno:

This isn't near as big a deal as it was prior to the enactment of the rookie salary cap.

Only thing the NFL has gotten right in recent memory is the rookie salary cap and slotting of contracts.

No reason rookies should be holding teams hostage negotiating outrageous contracts.

Yeah, it's a real feather in our cap while we watch GB smear the field with our draft picks.

Time to start over again.........

I have a feeling Fangio will make this more interesting.
