Wait today was day Cutler turned the corner? The Bears have beat 2 scrub teams, both in miraculous comeback fashion. Cutler has always been a bum slayer. He never beats top echelon teams. He lead the NFL turnovers again last year with a top 5 supporting cast. How soon we forget.

are you still angry the Bears didn't draft Hometown Jimmy?

like Broc, I am fairly certain you were kissing Cutler's ass not too long ago.

Nearly all those were tipped. His misfortune is the Bears good fortune. I like the OP's thinking.

I'm saying players improve and make mistakes esp this early in his career. Cutler has Marshall,Jeffery,Bennett,Forte but when was the last time he put up 30 points in a game?

So by nearly all were tipped you mean 1 of the 5? Or do you also count the one thrown right at a D linemen 10 yards away who can't catch as a tipped ball too? In that case 2 of the 5.

That's nearly all of them right?

You blind? Turn up the sound so at least you can hear what's going on.

The 2nd 3rd and 5th were not tipped. The very first one is the one I would not pin directly on him. The 4th batted up by the defensive line is one that most of the haters would have pinned on the QB, well unless it's not Cutler. Then it's just a tipped pass.

I've watched all the interceptions multiple times. Stop making shit up.

I have to assume they are just trolling you. No way they could have watched that and come away thinking it was all tipped passes.

The other option is that they are blind and calling other people blind for not seeing what they should have seen themselves but didn't see, because they are blind.

I just figured since we were talking about balls that he assumed he was still in the *** marriage thread and defending the right for all balls to be touched by other men.

Lol I never said that Jay was the solution. I said Jared Goff is not the solution. Wasting a first round pick is not something this team can afford to do right now. Draft oline or defense in the first.

Lot of college football left. If people are waiting for the next Andrew Luck to come out of college and the Bears to be in position to take him, then chances are we will be in QB hell for a long time.

At some point you just have to take a shot and grab the best QB you can get. Otherwise, the Bears will be over paying for Medicare FA QBs for a long time. I'd rather over reach for a QB you like, than piss around, trying to get "value" for a QB just to give fans the warm fuzzy feeling that you played the draft smart.

Looks like all this year's top college QBs have flaws. Here is the breakdown.

1. Connor Cook is not a team captain and has accuracy issues. Good arm, doesn't make bad mistakes
2. Jared Goff had an awful game Saturday. Made me lose confidence in him. Has good arm and most probably NFL ready QB in class.
3. Christian Hackenburg hasn't played as well since his freshman year. Has all the tools. His head coach sucks
4. Cordale Jones has only a small sample size of games. Probably most athletic QB in this class.

Out of these 4 choices, I have probably choose Hackenburg. Franklin is probably the worst HC Penn State ever had. Plus no O-line and Cutler isn't going anywhere for the foreseeable future. He can learn and no pressure to start right away.

And we had a defensive touchdown that game while the Browns had two, meaning it was still a shitty game for offense.

I didn't realize it had to be Cutler and only Cutler who personally scored all 30.
Give me a second.
**** off.

it seems like all the big name schools run those gimmick offenses that inevitably translate to a major disconnect with how the NFL works. there's gotta be some other prospects that are not in the first round discussion that play civilized football still, right?

did Chip Kelly lose his job yet?

Yes.

I was...until I witnessed him run the offense into the ground and lead the NFL in turnovers for a second time with Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, Martellus Bennett, and Matt Forte. Completely inexcusable and unacceptable as a Bears fan. I have admitted my mistake in kissing Cutler's ass from 2009-2014. No more.
