kinda sad. "I played so bad unfortunately I don’t know how much of a chance the White Sox have to trade me."
I will always love Beckham. Really thought he could have been our Ryne Sandberg but now .... oh well.
maybe the bat will click some time... Just not here probably.
So far the evidence says Steverson has made no change for the team
As a team we are the same when u remove AbreuGillespie? And guys like Flowers and Beckham were hitting better but they seem to have went back to their terrible flaws.
now this little pud can go on a tear because the deadline is over. watch...it will happen
That's a sad quote, but at the same time what the hell is he doing saying that! Sure, he may need a change of scenery in the long run, but to just give up the way he has ... man ...
poor kid

Its easy to prove. Compare slash linesI disagree in that Flowers definitely has changed his approach. Connor has emerged as a top notch hitter also. The only guys that I see have slipped are De Aza who is trying to jack the ball instead of doing what Connor does and Beckham who abandoned what Steverson recommended. Eaton's average has climbed, Alexi has come out since the all-star break and bit the snot out of the ball, etc. It is pretty much impossible to prove one way or the other but steverson sure does have a great reputation.

Who is to say he did? He was an accomplished hitter beforeThing is that the Sox are better in BA, and slugging Percentage and about the same in On-base percentage compared to last year. And you cannot keep one player out and compare stats. Who is to say that Abreau hasn't benefited from being with Steverson?
The White Sox are also very high in the league in total bases which also is a key stat.

It's only right to factor him out. You have to compare apples to apples.
In reality you need to compare last years guys to this years guys eliminating any hitter that did nit play both
