I agree with Les Grossman. Don't let it take over your life. I have a prepaid plan with no data, only minutes and texts. I only use wifi at home. So during the day I only use it for phone calls, texts, and as an MP3 player.

Pandora is the shit but get the pay version if you plan on playing it over your stereo system because the ads will rape your ears.

I had a smart phone (iPhone 3G) for awhile through work, man it was cool at first and then the thing became a total life suck. You barely pay attention to what's going on around you with one of those. You get bored for like 3 seconds and it's off to the smart phone.

I'm not knocking people that have them or anything, because everyone does, just sharing my experience. I now have a dumb phone again and pay half the price for my cell phone bill (at least until it's cheaper to have a dumb phone over a smart phone...).

It's crazy to think so many people pay over $100 a month for a phone.

I have to admit this post for me is 100% true. I'm an addicted to it.

I like spotify a lot better than pandora. If you get the paid spotify you can listen to any song in the library on demand without having to create a radio station and listen to random songs it picks for you. A friend of mine switched from spotify to sony music unlimited to be able to listen to music through his playstation but I haven't looked into that yet.

I'm trying to get better. With the Note I'm can at least be productive when ever I use it. I'm staying away from games and trying to just use apps that help with making things faster so I don't have to spend as much time and I can do other things.

I just downloaded a free Pac-Man lite app on Amazon.com.
This monring I received an email about a $1 credit towards MP3s for downloading an eligible app. It's nice to get a free credit for dowloading a free app.

It was like being punched in the dick, butthole and eyesocket at the same time it was so loud and obnoxious.

I like Go Launcher as an interface upgrade.

Download Kindle if you want to read a bunch of classic books for free. BBC news, CNN, Cracked Lite, and theChive are my info/comedy apps. Dolphin Browser tends to run a lot faster than most of the standard internet browsers. Shazam, Pandora, and Youtube for music. SpectralView and RTA Analyzer are pretty cool if you're into sound analysis. Maestro for writing down a melody that pops into my head. RealCalc is a pretty solid calculator app. And I have a ton of other useless bullshit on there too.

Samsung GSIII by the way, and it kicks ass.

Amazon has a free app every day. I got a $2 game for free yesterday. Some sort of jumping game. It's pretty fun. Check out amazon apps everyday and you'll find good free one once in while.

zombie booth is kind of funny.
Mytracks is great for totalling you jogging or biking or whatnot. the aggregate stats and the graphs are a great way to keep tabs on your excercise.
