Gretzky crying to the refs?! Unbelievable ... (I seem to remember that whenever I'd see the guy play on tv - as in "oooh I broke a nail-= hey that guy deserves a 2 minutes for that...") Funny Gretzky never mentioned the moaning in his autobiography.... (read that some years back).

For me the best game I attended was when Bobby Hull broke the goal record. Everything that wasn't bolted down went out on the ice and the game was delayed for about a half hour while they cleaned the stadium ice. Truly awesome ! JMHO.

The 5th game of the 1st round at the UC when we beat the hillbilliytowners in OT.
THAT was one exciting game.
What a zoo in the parking lot after the game.

Best game was the last game at the Old Chicago Stadium. There still isn't a better stadium for a fan. Absolutely deafening... the goosebumps after a goal was absolutely insane.

Saw Hawks/Oilers in 2007, right before Christmas. It was about the time that the organization was on the way up, with Toews and Kane making impressive plays in their rookie seasons. Hawks won, and after many years of empty seats at the UC, that was one of the first times I was able to see the Hawks in front of a full house.

The anthem before that game was incredible.
