The Sun Times Report. The Chicago Bears have the worst pass protection in the league, according to a new statistical index unveiled Tuesday, created by Northbrook-based Stats.

Now everyone know what we bear fan have known for a ivery long time. Hope JA and Lovie read it.

Yeah no surrprise there. This team needs OL in the draft..Sadly I dont think Angelo can draft any worthy of starting.

Super bowl winner in 2008, ranked 30th. That would be the Pitsburgh Steelers dynamic offensive line. All it means is anything is still possible but wow the Bears line is terrible.

They won't be suddenly fixed by the DRAFT, they need to sign someone next year as well probably. Adding rookies isn't going to make your line a whole lot better. I think San Fran has a rookie or two starting this year and their a whopping 28th

It took some numbers geek a stat sheet to figure out that our tackles suck, Garza would be a backup on half the teams in the league, Chris Williams' arms fell off and Olin has been around since Wannstedt?

Garza wouldn't be a backup on half the teams in the league. Everyone else? YES they all would. Garza would be a starter on many and is and has been the Bears best o-linemen the past 3 years. He is a better run blocker than pass protector though.. he still isn't overpowering but if you go off the AC? Joyner evaluation statistics Garza is one of the most consistent guards in the NFL. Just consistent average.

Williams arms didn't fall off, they stopped growing, lousy short armed goon may never be good because of that at least as tackle, he may get better but still not good enough at guard.

It's time for Olin to hit the pasture.

I love the guy but he's way past his prime.
