Getsy's calls on that drive were terrible, but it's all on Eberflus that the entire team goes into 80%-effort power-saving mode before the game is decided, while the other team actually cranks up their urgency because they know they still have a chance with him over there.

The extremely conservative playcalling, on both sides of the ball, has been the hallmark of Eberflus and his coaching staff. I would be mildly curious to see if Getsy would generally call more passes if he was an OC for a different head coach or if left to his own devices he really is that conservative of a playcaller and that is why Eberflus hired him.

Not sure how the contract is written, ......if he resigns, he may get no monies...if fired, I would think some type of compensation.....IF that's the case...who wouldn't hold out to be fired?
