My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Arizona Wildcats
Guess they like Sharp at #2 center...I guess he is good there, but rather have a real 2nfd line center and move sharpie to wing

Based upon the comments in the Hawks area, I decided to be more open minded about Jesse Rogers.

Read the article, and -it was an interesting read (and sourced). Appreciate the link, Ice.

We're thin at center & Stan has done NOTHING to fix it.

ok, why dont you guys give me a reason why he is this "shit player."

See this is why I never win the optimist of the year award :(

Plus your asking for some sort of actual analysis -imo along the lines of which might go in the baseball folders here -that so and so as a leadoff hitter blows, as he isn't going to hit 50 homers and drive in a 100 runs.... etc...

the one "try" I remember was whining about hockey players last year -as they were awful because they didn't bag a hat-trick per game during the season (or thereabouts).

---

As far as Cogliano goes - I wouldn't have seen him as an upgrade from Sharp at center -or Bolland for that matter (apparently Cogliano is a centre that can't win faceoffs).

I'm just curious to their opinions, if its because so and so doesn't get the hat trickora ointper game, then there is some serious issues

Or Stalberg in the top 6:clap: he's ranked our 4th LW after Sharp and Brunette

There was a line of Toews/Kane/Stalberg at some point last season, wasn't there?

With Sharp back at C, we're going to need someone to take that extra wing slot next to those two. It'd be nice if someone played so well that Q was forced to leave them there.

Boyle is still out there as an RFA and would make a good 2nd line center, or maybe third if we decided to let Bolland center the 2 with Sharp and Hossa on the wings. I'm really obsessed with us getting this kid. I think he's finally breaking out and he's HUGE and fast...

Icehog, I don't think he's shit, but he didn't show the ability to light the lamp with us at all. He's fast, he's got some size, and I think he's a decent get at 875 a year because he's still relatively young and has the potential to get something done, but to think he's an asset is a stretch. He doesn't produce.

It was technically his first season in the NHL. He mostly played 4th line minutes and that took a hit at leting him get to the expectations epected by everyone. Give the guy an actual shot at making it in the top 6 before he is bashed.
