This... what a clusterfuck that place is... I think it's why we found ourselves talking fantasy football in the hockey thread. It's easier that getting anywhere near that forum. I really like the Cubs forum for the indepth statistical knowledge some of them seem to bring and the sox the same although I haven't ventured there as much. I haven't gone into the bulls yet because I'm afriad it's going to be the same as the bears just substitute Rose for Cuter.

Overall I think it's gone well and it's a nice shot in the arm to not only have some more posters from your site but to see the move bring back some old posters from IHN that hadn't been around in a while. Now... if I could only get used to the navigation.

I'll ask Crys about getting the paginated navigation thing at the top on the IHN skin.

Bulls forum is legit. The Bears forum during the off-season is pretty solid because the random show up & bash type of posters are gone.

The Bears forum needs better moderation IMO. Too many topics on the same thing which clutters it and makes everything difficult to follow.

There is nothing to follow in there mane.... have you ever tried to follow the interaction of a Gorilla screaming at the top of his lungs in opposition to the crying/ranting of a 16 year old girl who can't have the bf she wants? Cause das wut you would be trying to follow in there.... though Nick tends to save some threads with well timed/placed gifs.

There are plenty of posters who don't know everything about the Jordan era so you should be ok. Other than a handful of posters, most people are pretty civil in there. Probably like a Bulls version of IHN. Generally you'll get quality discussion.

As a new comer in the bears thread it's hard because there is so much built in just like any new comer coming into IHN. It's hard to interact because you can tell who a few of the good posters are but you miss out on so much of the inside stuff you don't know if they are being serious or not sometimes, and there is so much trolling that they get dragged down into it and it's hard to have any type of conversation before it's completely blown up to shit in less than a page.

Oh I know what you were saying. I didn't mean fire supporter as much as we were really the only ones that talked MLS... and my knowledge is minimal beyond the fire.

I don't know how the dispersal draft of Chivas afected the Fire nor how the expansion of Orlando affected them either, but for Portland, Orlando nabbed Ricketts from us...for the hockey parallel that would be like if Las Vegas or Seattle got an NHL expansion team, and with their 1st overall pick pulled in Tukka Rask, Jonathan Quick, or Possibly even Henrik Lundqvist.

But I don't see individual pictures for everyone and sometimes it's easier to remember folks by their avatar pictures instead of just a name. I saw a mention of them so I think maybe that it's my side that is missing them? Is it a feature I have to turn on, or do I just need to probably tone back the adblocker?
