Joe, Skille was actually pretty good tonight. He was using his speed to create chances, but more importantly, he was playing well without the puck, which is his usual weakness. Stahlberg not doing a whole lot but please please please look for positioning and what guys do when they don't have the puck, it can be as important, if not more than getting shots and scoring points.
In pre-season games (particularly early) watching what individual players are doing rather than the team is going to give you the most information. I thought Pasani showed some good 2 way play. Boynton played pretty well overall. Cullimore, i'll see ya in Rockford buddy. Morin and Makarov also looked pretty solid. I also liked that there were a buch of guys getting to the front of the net, particularly Bickell. Turco looking good in his half game.
