When 100% healthy, he is the best football player on the team.

I mite lean closer to Forte on that one.

I have to agree. Marshall is a real deal football player. He runs, blocks and even tackles when the ball goes the wrong direction. Brandon was even a good special teams player as a rookie, this guy is the sort of player that adds to a good team, he would be great on a team with a real coach and QB.

When you sign a contract and something you are doing is breaking the contract then maybe you should be obliging to what YOU agreed to. And if your boss has to tell you to knock it off you dont go out to public ranting and blowing him off.

The boss says jump and you say how high? There are higher values than contractual obligation - when the contract conflicts with these - so much the worse for the contract.

I love the Bears, but I honestly believe we have the most paranoid, dumbest, and over-reactionary fanbase in the NFL.

So no you didn't hear Marshall and his petulance.

What, is petulance the word of the day or something?

Why do I have to hear the audio to know what's going on? Did he have some magical tone in his words that would bring me some clarity? Not hard to get an idea of what Marshall was feeling just by reading his words.

Yes he did have a pretty imbecilic tone in his words towards the reporter. It's probably the worst I've heard Marshall act since his arrival in Chicago. It's clear in his tone that he's straying into Curtis Enis territory. Marshall's focus is not where it should be, his attitude is not where it should be and he's definitely not showing real signs of leadership in the face of adversity.
