Our first line Management usually gets 25-30k bonuses here, and they are the most useless employees in the entire company. It's truly shocking.

But I'm not an exec... Just a stakeholder. In fact, where I work, everyone gets a bonus. From the CEO all the way down to the janitors.

This... senior VPs.... CIO.... CEO.... CFO.... oh and sales people.... they get yearly bonuses... they just talk a bunch of smoke about doing yearly merit based bonuses for the rest of us but it never happens.

Everyone at my job gets a bonus too.. but obviously the more "important" people get a lot more.. And yeah we have a sales team too.. I'm sure they get large bonuses.
