Brad Miller has led the team in +- in 3 out of the 4 games in this series. In Game 2, he was +19...the next closest guy was +2. Yesterday, he was +21 in the 24 minutes he played.

Now I know some may use this as ammo for why +- is the dumbest stat in the world. I would agree that it has a limited use. But obviously, good things are happening when he's out on the court. And I think it's because he's doing a lot of the little things, interior defense-wise, that don't always show up on stat sheets. (Like making sure that Perkins doesn't get another offensive board, etc.)

Could NBA suspend Brad tomorrow for game 5? God I hope not.

I don't think so, I didn't get a benefit of the replay since I was at the game, and of course they wouldn't replay something interesting like that at the UC, but they downgraded it from flagrant to technical, so clearly the refs thought it looked bad initially but after review thought it didn't look so bad.

It's unlikely the league, looking at the same replay, will come to the conclusion that Brad needs to sit a game when the refs didn't think he needed to even be ejected.

If they suspend Miller for that foul then the NBA must be rigged.

Miller did little more then wrist slap Davis and Davis reacted like he was decked in the face with a mallet. Vlade Divac would have been proud.

Ehhh, +/- is a pretty lousy stat for a number of reasons, one of them is that Miller plays far more minutes against backups than most of our starters do. Still, Miller's been great in this series. I was hoping Tyrus would step up, but outside of game 1 OT he really hasn't.
