I never said that now did I? It's not like the FO didn't have a plan to replace him (aka kevin white). Sitting back in hindsight after we lost White to a season ending injury and dreaming of a "what if" scenario based on keeping Marshall is ridiculous. No one has any idea the way the dominoes would have fallen in your "what if" scenario, who we would have drafted, etc etc. Your whole theory is based on the presumption that everything would remain the same, with the only exception being that Marshall was on the team. Common sense dictates that would not be the case at all.

Hogwash- as stated, Marshall always gets his. Just because you eat more food than the head lion, doesn't make you the head lion.
Regardless, aside from postulating that getting yours doesn't necessarily mean that the team is better for it (while not drawing a direct conclusion in this instance on Brandon Marshall), it has next to nothing to do with my main point that Marshall is not someone who is beneficial for the team overall. As noted many times, he produces on the field.

Yet Marshall made the Pro Bowl thoughout his season with the Bears. BTW Marshall has quite a few catches and a TD in about half of the game today.

You're missing my point. He was saying that Marshall getting so many catches and others not getting as much is why the team sucked. I was proving him wrong by showing that while he was on the field, others got just as many (or more) opportunities - and potetnially better ops as he drew coverage.

I don't think having him here would have made Chicago a better team. Is he good on the field? Yes. But in the locker room, he's a cancer, and Cutler would have locked onto him and been a worse QB as a result.
