We have a real good reason why Marshall was traded... to construct a winning team -- something Fox has done repeatedly -- and I'm talking about Fox determining Marshall was a team-cohesion killer -- a conclusion Fox was not the 1st HC to make.

Marshall was a probowler, but you need greater-than-some-of-parts teams to win. Look how the Eagle's dream sputtered, & the Pat's are in it every year.

Don't discount team cohesion. The TEAM is better with White & Amos than with Marshall.

Check out highlights, production stats, current skills & measurements. Both these guys are 2 of the fastest players in the draft. Plus Amos Bench pressed 21 reps, & White 23 reps. These are 2 solid picks.

White may have me fooled, but he seems like a really good person. He seems very coachable and not someone they'll have to worry about at all. Goldman and Grasu are also guys who should solidify the locker room. I don't think they sacrificed physical talent to bring these guys in. I'm pretty happy with the draft.

I don't think we know the story with Brandon. We all know he's great when he has his mind on the game. He must have crossed the line somewhere - that's Brandon Marshall. He's gone, so however much you liked the player, he's still gone. I think he's waffling on his priorities a bit. NY will give him a larger stage and he won't have all the flight time. I expect him to be successful, but I hope he focuses more on the game vs. everything else.

re-watch the Patriots game, Marshall lost his professionalism. I like Marshall a lot but I think the McCaskeys wanted him gone because he was yapping his mouth on Inside the NFL, they like a closed organization and they're fine with having stars as long as they toe the company line. I think white is a more stable personality for sure, but if we still had Marshall the Jets could have taken White and we might have ended up w/ Leonard. Either way we went to a superbowl w/ Moose Muhammad and Berrian, at that point Moose was at the end and Berrian was a one trick pony, what we have now is way better than that and Pace and fox have fired the shot over the bow, they've cleaned the Lovie Smith guys out with just a few exceptions.

Brandon Marshall said on @ESPN1000 that he's living with #Jets QB Geno Smith and will likely keep Chicago his full-time home. Loves it here.

Brandon Marshall also said on @ESPN1000 that he hasn't spoken to #Bears QB Jay Cutler. Only contact has been through group texts.

In a surprise appearance on @ESPN1000, Brandon Marshall said #Bears almost traded him to the #Patriots before last season b/c of contract.

And he is still saying things he shouldn't, like below.

Marshall also said Martellus Bennett could be traded. “There’s some things going on.” Bennett has been training at Marshall's Northbrook gym

"He may get traded. There's some things going on right now ... but let me stop." Brandon Marshall on Martellus Bennett and the #Bears.

721 yds wasn't 35% of our total offense last yr. Not even remotely close actually.

But don't let that stop your idiocy.

Also, old people get worse at football as time goes on...

Um...........Mr. "SELECTIVITY" strikes again. His mommy must have to watch him all of the time so he doesn't hurt himself.

Cmon man, not just last season.. You and I know he was always the only one catching anything on 3rd down before that.

Don't pay any attention to this guy. He likes to pick the fly shit out of the pepper shaker. A legend in his own puny mind. Smart people knew what you were talking about and the point you were making. This gear-loose bozo doesn't agree with your premise so he makes fun of you. Just a weak fucking sally is all.

Hawk, you are simply the worst poster and most ignorant person here since I blocked Hometown Jimmy.

You continually embarrass yourself over and over with ridiculous insinuations, baseless assertions and absolutely counterfactual evidence.

You actually think WVU played a weak ass schedule when they in fact played 4 top 7 opponents and a top 12 team in KSU who is always solid as well a decent and very talented TAMU team who only lost games to SEC killers. In fact WVU played a very, very hard schedule and Kevin White smashed Alabama which yr in yr out has the most talent on defense of any program in America right now.

Phil Steele's methodology-which is widely esteemed among the college football cognoscenti (look it up)- had WVU's SOS among the the 91st percentile for difficulty. Other rankings had it consistently in the top 5th. This is verifiable and objective information, and proves you have absolutely no clue of wtf you are talking about w/ regards to college football/.

I was going to go further in depth with showing how dumb some of your other points, but they are so ridiculous that I won't waste my time.
(e.g. White wasn't recruited as a 16 yr old so we should be concerned....um, for...well, just bc).

You are completely ignorant of anything having to do with CFB and apparently most things having to do with football in general.

One can only guess as to the reasons who continually post on a professional football message board when evidently you don't have much interest in football in general.

I am not going to need a response......but please consider simply not posting here, bc I think it's close to the time most of us simply block your posts as they've become just distractions and wastes of space on the board.

Note to your mommy:

Be careful with your little boy. Although he is a mutant, he still deserves a mother's love:)
