Listening to the Kmet and Hoge podcast. Hoge pointed out that this time slot is actually the highest rated timeslot for an NFL game. They generally get better ratings even than the 'primetime' games.

Kmet mentioned how he also thinks it's one of the best slots to play in as well. Get to sleep in a little bit but not have to wait all day to play.

A bit. But I just find it funny when people try to pit QB vs QB in a direct competition when they never actually see the field at the same time. This isn't hockey or basketball where you actually can match up on both sides of the ball or puck and physically play against the other guy and have a true direct effect on the other player.

If you truly don’t understand this, I don’t know what to say.

Literally, nobody thinks that one of them is playing defense against the other. But they are outdoing each other, and this is not a new concept.
