Not sure if this guy's job or other coaches, but someone should be on the phones now, getting the players to buy into their training before camps roll around. Eber proclaimed "track shoes" time, and will run them hard.
Last time there were a lot of hammys when he took over the D in Indy.

I know he wants to see who shows up in shape or not, but after the previous regime, they will have more loafers to deal with, and doing it asap > waiting til they learn by coming up gimp & miss practice.

Hopefully there won't be as many veterans' day offs. I mean, that's fine - to keep some of the older guys like Hicks or Mack fresh for the season. But you still need to ride them hard so their bodies can get used to the long season. I have a feeling that too many days off hurt them.

Huge hire. I can't even imagine how much better all these guys will get with all the extra strength -and- conditioning they will now have. Imagine Roquan Smith, but now way stronger, so running through blocks will no longer be an issue -and- he can do that for WAY longer. Hence strength -and- conditioning.
