Stubbed my center toe on my right foot ten days ago. Stubbed is not the right term, slammed the crap out of it on the banister in the dark. I never realized how bad a busted wheel can affect you. Can't walk right, can't golf, can't sleep. Brother I have a lot more respect for that little nose tackle toe. Has completely screwed my routine up. Ten days and only feels worse. Have to work so I'm on my feet a lot. Funny how something so small can own you.

I had just moved out of the house and was on my own for the very fist time. I was in the process of unpacking all my boxes and something happened to piss me off (can't remember anymore), so I kicked what I thought was an empty box with a bare foot. Nope, was filled with books, my big toe turned completely black and blue, and my toe nail broke in half, blood everywhere.

That shit sucked. Don't kick boxes.

You sure it's broken, Monster, or are you just being a big baby? Broke my toe last summer in Sandy Hook. Was badly swollen and the whole thing turned black and blue. Taped it to its neighboring toe to help me walk better. When the swelling went down after a few days it was much easier to deal with.

Don't know. Assume broke because the pain is still so bad after ten days. Assumed jammed at first. Went black blue yellow for three days. Buddy taped it like I always do but this time is different. Now looks close to normal with slight swelling but sore as all heck. (Said heck for Brett). PS: I've had every vaccination know to man including rabies so it could've been that. All BS aside my foot is in agony and I deal fairly well with pain.

Does sound like it and don't mean to downplay the pain but, being a Spartan, pain is never a problem for me. Took a little over a month for mine to heal completely. My swelling went down faster. I was on vacation so just worked on getting the swelling down and stayed barefoot cause any type shoe put way too much pressure on it in its swollen stage.

Have you tried peeing on it?

I turned one of my little toes on my right food out at a 90 degree angle once walking past a chair, broke it for sure. Then had to walk on it at Disney world 2 weeks later and drive a car with no cruise control. 'Twas hell for sure.

Not until I read that last line. I feel better already. Thank you Spartan.

I always just duct taped the broken toe to its neighbor. Isn't that how it works?
