Bugs in the House

So last year when the weather warmed up I did Ortho Home defense around my house.... I fucking hate bugs, they all need to die.

All last Spring/Summer I was finding dead flies near my windows and a few times I would find them alive enough to be flying around my house and I would have to hunt them down.

Over this past Winter I did plastic to seal all the windows to try to help with leaky windows letting cold air in.... I had hoped maybe the flies were getting in a gap in a window somewhere, but evidently not because when it warmed up they got in even with the windows and patio door sealed with plastic.

Where da fuq do I look next?

I spray the pile with Ortho Home Defense.... idk why the pile would be the problem.

Please focus on real solutions to my problem.

How much does a visit from an exterminator cost.... might be worth it to figure dis out once and for all.

Dude prolly gonna show up and be like "Yep they are coming through your wall from the next unit over.... yup your neighbors have been dead for 2 years..... yep I see it all the time"

There has to be a food source and water readily available, find sources and eliminate. But if you are in a condo or apartment with common walls your neighbor is a hoarder.

Townhouse.... 4 units in one common building.... they die soon after getting in my house, so they aint living with me.

If I eliminate the food/water source they are after I am pretty sure I will not have food or water

Unfortunately, when you have a townhouse unit, you're at the mercy of your neighbors. I would focus on a method of approaching them, asking them if they all consent to a solution for pest control. It could be something as simple as lining the whole structure with 3 bottles of boric acid and raising awareness(maybe a subtle hint will make them conscious of their filthy habits spilling into the hoimes of others, plus, nobody likes living with bugs, except at Joe's Apartment). They're your neighbors, so unfortunately, you gotta be friendly and make some attempt. You'd be surprised at how willing they may be if you make the effort.

I had thought about this actually.... but I wanted to invent robotic spiders that could roam my house murdering all the bugs.... never needing to actually eat, only kill.... patent pending assholes.
