I like this trade. He'll be the backup PG for Rose and he can play some 2.

Not bad...he averaged a little over 10 ppg last season. I like it -- don't love it. Looks like Brewer will be the starting 2, and hopefully we just resign Law to be the backup PG, and Watson can back up both.

Oh snap, we nabbed the poor mans Rondo to backup Rose for a 2nd round pick? That IS a steal. Freaking awesome.

Yeah I know..but I'm saying, this doesn't even hurt the Bulls 2nd round next year. 2nd round picks, can still be good, so it's still good to have them.

Okay, name the best 2nd round pick that the Bulls have ever drafted and played.

Then repeat after me. Screw 2nd round picks. That's like waiting on a total eclipse for us.

I'm not saying the Bulls have ever, but teams have and there were quite a bit steals this year in the draft. But, I would of trade a 2nd round pick for Watson, too, no hesitation at all.

I wonder if they'll re-sign Law after this move

After this, I see no way in hell they would bring Law back. I like Acie, don't get me wrong. At this point, I think some of the coaches and FO have fallen for Lucas, and I can't blame them, because he has a solid 3pt shot and plays the lanes really well. Plus I think Acie wants more than a minimum contract, and I think if a desperate team has the need, they will go after him.

Lucas is also 5'11, If Law gets anything more than the minimum, I doubt it'll be a substantial raise
