The Bulls didn't make a move even though it was reported.
Per ESPNInsider_ via twitter

Bulls had talks with the bobcats regarding SG Jackson during the trade deadline.Talks ended up dead because they didnt have intriguing picks

Just tweeted -->
Bulls expected to bring up a D-league Shooting guard prospect, The bulls were also expected to obtain a shooting guard in today's dead-line.

REALLY BULLS??? REALLY?

Pacers got Mayo for Josh McRoberts and a 1st Round Pick??? COME ON, I would have gave up Taj and a 1st for Mayo

BULLS DROPPED THE BALL!!!:nope: Jalen Rose just said it best on ESPN, if the Bulls sure up the SG position then we would have pretty much LOCKED DOWN the Eastern Conference especially after the Celtics traded Perkins

a Win over the Heat would make me feel a lot better though

Maybe the Bulls should just play Watson and Rose together more

Watch for buyouts. They could find shooters and players come in an make baskets. Som players who could be bought out, JR Smith, Jason Kapono, Richard Hamilton, Tayshawn Princes, etc.. They could hellp but who knows..

I have a feeling JR Smith will be bought out, but it might just be because I'm a little disappointed with the FO's decision. I have enough faith in the FO to believe that there just wasnt any good trade opportunities, though.

I wish we made even a minor upgrade, because we're essentially in win now mode already. Yes, our 2 first round picks might end up with a solid player (Taj, I think Afflalo was picked late too), but I'd rather we got a reliable upgrade at SG.

Chemistry is so underrated. The new Magic, Heat and Knicks have struggled in their new acquisitions. Are thier players talented? Yes. Are they better than Keith Bogans and Luol Deng? Probably. But Bulls have right idea in keeping chemistry, and Deng. Like it or not, Deng has performed at top 10 level this year. Imagine having a guy like Rashard Lewis on the Bulls. He would ruin team chemistry.

YES AGREE NWFISCH! Chemisty is important in any sport! You have to learn your teammates, trust them that they'll be at the right spots. Im happy we didnt **** up a good thing we have going. We can upgrade in the offseason. Either with a SG in Free Agency or Draft

Like trade Taj, 2 1sts, and some cash or something to shoot up the draft and get a good young man

The heat arent struggling with their acquisitions, they have injuries to key players on a team with very little depth. Everyone who has posted her since the beginning of the off-season knows about my man love for Udonis Haslem. That was a very significant loss for them. Mike Miller missed a lot of games and is getting more concussions than Trent Green. The Heat were close to winning tonight and they only got 2 bench points and 1 bucket from Bosh. I didnt see the whole game but im just saying. Chemistry is very important but the Heats problem is maybe 5% chemistry.
