I think we can beat Milwaukee without Niko. So if he needs to rest for about a week, it should be fine. But hopefully this isn't a month long thing.

For this series, it's not a huge deal. The problem is that both these issues have the potential to linger so this could be problematic later on.

Well if we sweep we'll be done Saturday...If we don't, we got a game Monday, which would be a week. Depending on severity, Niko should probably play that game just to help wrap up the series.

The second round I don't think would start until May 3rd at the earliest.

Hopefully the Bulls blow them out in game 3 to send a "message". Let Niko rest up and get to 100%. Furthermore, Thibs should stop being stubborn and give Doug some minutes if Niko is indeed out, let the rookie paxgar spent 2 draft picks on get some experience

No, just no.


The time to give Doug minutes was the regular season. Not the playoffs. Unless the Bulls are up 25+ in the 2nd half, Doug shouldn't see the floor IMO.
