I knew Belly and Nate would look solid. It's Nazzy that I'm most concerned with, because he NEEDS to fill a serious role with little/no backup options. If either Nate or Belly are cold or hurt, we have options. If Noah or Nazr is hurt, we could be boned in a lot of matchups.

YOU KNOW WHAT, MAYBE I WAS WRONG ABOUT KIRK....HE DOESN'T LOOK SO BAD.....he's already got zero points, now that's fucking impressive...., BUT MAYBE I WAS WRONG ABOUT THESE GUYS.....except for Dengs 10 missed free throws...jeeeeez......GO BULLS......:beerbang:

P.s, Boozer looked like garbage, lol :smug:

2 field-goal attempts; 2 points :dunno:

He looked very nice out there on defense as usual. And he has a better basketball IQ on offense and in transition. Can't go wrong with signing Kirk for less money than C.J. was getting.

it's not an impressive outing for the returning bulls, some of the brand new guys look promising- Robinson and Bell------?

From my vantage point in my floor seats at the UC, it seems like the bench looks better than the starters, lol.....

I wonder if some Bulls' fan out there was in a coma from 2008 until this game. They would probably turn on the t.v. and be like :obama:

I really LOVE the 3-2 zone chemistry with Kirk on the floor. Like WOW, that's arguably an upgrade over Rose on ONE side of the court, and it's also an upgrade over 2010-11 2nd half Watson(IMO, Watson's best efforts in a Bulls Uni).

I always wanted to see Thibs go to the zone more often with his starters. It is probably more ideal for Boozer's immobile self that way.

When Thibs developed his own amoeba hybrid in Boston, he had Garnett. We haven't run much outside of a 2-1-2 zone since Thibs came here. Unless you mean a 3-2, which makes Boozers job harder IMO, but with Kirk, it might be possible because Deng can play his 3wing on the 4's side against any team that doesn't have a post-up 4(yay for today's NBA).

IMO Thibs is the best adjustment coach in the NBA.
