Lets get Grant Hill.

Im starting to hear that the Boozer deal is 5year/75M. 15M a year sounds better than 16

Hill exercised a player option in early June, he's not leaving the Suns

Not at all but its a good start at becoming a contender. Add LeBron and we're the best IMO

Yeah, but that's a big "IF"...

Look, I think it's this way in every single sport. Make it to the final 8, you've got a 12.5% chance of winning. Luck plays a huge role, and if you're talented enough to make it to the final 8, you're talented enough to win it all...that's all I'm looking for this off-season. We're close, but we're still a couple moves (or one, much more obvious, much bigger move) away.

I look at it this way. Our biggest need last season was 1)Low post scorer 2)3 pt shooter

We just filled out biggest need with the best low post scorer in FA. Not the best PF but the best low post scorer. The guy also is a good mid-range jump shooter so we've got a good lineup of shooters.

I think Boozer makes us much more competitive, especially in the playoffs. I dont think any team in the East cant be beat. Theyve all got some old players that are just wearing down. We could make some serious noise.

Exactly. This is a team with players that havent even hit their prime yet. We're only going to get better the next couple years. Plus we have those two 1st rounders next season that can be valuable, especially if the Bobcats go back to their sucky ways.

Yeah that will be good. Two of the Wests best PFs just came to the East and Bosh who was on a non playoff team just joined a playoff team. The East has been top heavy but i think youll start to see a more well rounded 1-6 in the East.

Did anyone see the SC segment where they talked about LeBron in Miami? I dont agree that its an automatic that theyd even make it to the finals. They need to round out their roster. But he was talkign about how theyd be fitting themselves for rings.

And then they went to Chicago, and I was expecting him to say, "theyd be ok"...blah blah blah. But insteand he said this would be the best team in the NBA even though he'd like to see them add shooting.

I liked how he gave very specifice reasons for why those players fit together on the Bulls too.

What sources are those?

Sam Smith and Larry Coon. They said his first year would be around 12.9m, leaving us with $22,282,174.00 to spend with the new cap, and we still have $11,373,228 in TE to use.

That's $33,655,402.00 possible we can spend into the luxury cap when this is all set and done.
