Thank goodness the Celtics haven't been able to step on our throat yet.

If there's any positive to this game, it's that the bigs have come out to rebound.

atrocious shooting, ball movement, care for the ball, free throw shooting, allowing Boston fast breaks while they cut us off from getting any

I shouldve stayed in bed!

Oh well. At least we can come out of this season knowing they've got a nice secondary star in Rose. And we were happy just to be in the playoffs not long ago.

It's starting to appear that maybe the Bulls aren't as good as we started to think after game one. Rose gave us a glimpse of the not-too-distant future, but he's not there yet, and we're not there yet. And it's true that I can't be too upset about it all. These playoff dreams were mostly free money anyway.

Were making Rondo look like an elite point guard and he isnt even close to one.

I saw us throw the ball right to him twice alrdy. Just because he can drive doesnt mean you can leave him wide open on the jump shot the whole night. His baskets are coming so easy and not because hes causing that its our defence. The first game was all poor pick and roll management. Brad miller would be switched on him and rondo could moonwalk too the basket for the layup before brad miller was able to contest.

AND ROSE DRIVE TO THE DAMN BASKET
Teams down over 20 you have nothing to lose, his killer mentality is only there part time
He is getting respect from the refs now he needs to take advantage and look to create his own shot rather than just dumpin it off to salmons or gordon. I dont get it, Noah and tyrus set screens for them so rose cann dump the ball off at the three pointline. Once they get the ball they are alrdy guarded and then just play one on one. I wish we had an actual playbook rather than just screens for one on one the whole game

Vinny should sit Salmons down, this shit is over. Maybe he feels that this loss means the series, which it probably does, but there's no chance in this game. Might as well try to hold out hope for a strong recovery.

shots just arent falling. they need to keep running, these half court sets arent working. but neither was the running game with all the damn turnovers. at least make it a contest for fks sake.

btw im watching the tnt broadcast, and there is one female spectator thats getting picked up by some mic and it sounds like shes gettin away with some good obscenities on live tv

So this is the game we get to talk about Bulls bringing their D- game. (F if we didn't have a rebounding edge, although that's a bit easier with the hideously crappy shooting so it doesn't bring the grade up much!)

Could they be playing worse? Is it any consolation that San Anton is getting killed even worse so far?

Rose still has a chance for a double double. 1 point and 3 turnovers away.

Unfortunately, tonight he seems more likely to hit the 10 TOs than the 10 points.

A few things from game 3:

- Rondo is BY FAR the best player in this series. BY FAR.
- I hope all those haters saw Tyrus running the floor. He does it, only not that often. My guess: defensive mentality - he's hanging back in case there's a TO. And after tonight's game, who can blame him for expecting one ?!
- I also saw him boxing out Perkins. Looking for him on the floor and boxing him out
- As soon as Tyrus went out with 4PF, Perkins got 2 off reb over Noah
- There's no home cooking. Or if there is any, they're using Boston's recipe, cause Salmons, Rose and Gordon could not buy a call on finishes at the rim, and they were mugged. Again, I hate to talk about refs, and truth be told, with or without those calls, the game still is a blow-out.
- Hinrich is still taking bad shots. Off the dribble 3p shots with 17 seconds left on the shot clock from a veteran are unacceptable.
- Salmons needs to be more aggressive. At times he looks reluctant to shoot, even if he's open.
- Boston adjusted on defense - Rose can't penetrate at will and Gordon is covered much closely. Vinnie is still twiddling his thumbs.
- Gordon needs to be more active on rebounding. I saw him casually jogging to a loose ball that, of course, Boston grabbed in the end
- Finishing around the rim by the Bulls has been PATHETIC. HORRIBLE.
- Hinrich can't stay in front of the carcass of Marbury.
- Mikki Moore is a moron. He offers virtually nothing other than a very high fouling rate.

While I don't mind the loss, I mind the game being boring and wish I didn't wake up in the middle of the night for it. I could have used 3 extra hours of sleep.

PS: I guess this can be moved straight to the post game thread.

what is the likelihood of rose developing a 3-pt shot next year. his mid-range shot is deadly, but streaky and inconsistent. his form looks clean but i think the problem is the arc is too flat

we should of got Beasley, because our frontline can't catch a pair socks.
