Atlanta is a lot better than anyone has given them credit for. This is going to be an endurance test for us more than a physical test like Indiana was.

Atlanta is a Dwight Howard away from winning a few championship if that is saying anything for them. They settle for way too many contested jumpers. I foresee all close games, but I really think the Bulls will win the series in 5 games (that will be my official prediction).

I think they got through the first round because Howard's supporting cast are a lot worse than anyone has given them credit for, and they played well below even their horrible normal level for 5 out of the 6 games this series. The Hawks didn't win, the Magic lost.

Atlanta aren't even a step up from the Pacers IMO.

I don't judge or rank teams like that. Each team has strengths and weaknesses, some matchup different than others.

When I say endurance, I don't mean we'll see a 7 game series, I mean 48 minutes of fast paced basketball. Atlanta will not play us, like they played Orlando. We'll see 110-120 point games in this matchup. Apples and oranges to Indiana or Orlando, apples and oranges.

I don't think Atlanta plays at a pace that will allow them to score anywhere near 110 points. They certainly have the talent and athleticism to do so against a subpar defense team with a lineup of Horford-Smith-Williams-Johnson-Crawford but the run-and-gun style doesn't seem to be the kind that they like to play. We will see a lot of Pachulia and Collins in this series with Horford and Smith mostly at the 4 and the 3.

I doubt it. Atlanta were slow paced all season (27th in pace). They're suddenly going to turn it around and run on the Bulls? And 110 points? Excluding overtime the Bulls gave up 110 points twice all season.

I really can't see this being a high scoring series. There's more winning ugly to come.

You are free to disagree. But we're going to see a few 120pt games, OT, and surprises. The Bulls haters are going to eat this shit up.

That is fine for you to see it your way. Agree to disagree. Even if 200 people quote me, and say I'm wrong, I'm still not going to change my mind.

I like our size advantage. We should dominate the hawks on the boards. Hopefully we see asik more in this series. And we need to minimize the turrnoers to keep the hawks from running

Given the Bulls haters question whether the Bulls can score I think they'd be happier with grind it out sub 80 point games than 120 point games.

No way does that happen...Atlanta still likes to isolate a lot and Chicago's defense will not allow those types of scores. That is not happening, nor is there a history of Atlanta consistently scoring on that level in the playoffs. Thinking they will do that against arguably the best defense in the league is a bit far fetched.

I'm taking the Bulls in five. The Bulls are the much better team in this matchup.

Atlanta really doesn't impress me. I'm not going to predict a sweep, but I don't see them playing as hard as Indiana did, or as cheap for that matter. I'd say Bulls in 5 or 6.
