Bulls have sucked on the road lately and the Bobcats have been better since they got rid of Larry Brown (how he got another job after the Knicks is beyond me). So not really surprising that the Bobcats are ahead. Bulls need to crack down defensively, there's no way the Bobcats should be shooting 6/10 from three when they're not a good team from distance.
