On the plus side Noah is still a beast, Deng played really well, and Rose is showing signs.

On the negative, a combined 7-29 from Salmons-Hinrich-Pargo is just not good enough. We're 1-6 for our guards (Rose, Salmons, Hinrich, Pargo) scoring more points than field goal attempts, which is just horrible.

Well the real reason we lost & it was even a close game, was Captain Klank out there, bricking open shot after open shot. And also Salmons trying to do his best Larry Hughes impression. These two need to start hitting the shots that any 12yr old in park district ball can knock down.

Noah is turning into the beast on the glass that I hoped he would become when we drafted him. 21 boards tonight. Deng was great on both ends of the floor, & Rose came up big in the 2nd half. Lots of positives from this game, even if the refs kinda stole it away from us at the end.

Joakim Noah is just a freaking beast out there.

You know how basketball coaches always talk about how Michael Jordan turned his biggest weaknesses into his biggest strengths. Well the Bulls turned their biggest weakness from last season into their biggest strength. Just well done Noah.

Too bad we don't have good wings out there anymore (well Deng is improved from last year and playing great defense...but no good wings that can shoot the three).
